Masai actively participates in four global sustainability goals. In 2019, Masai merged with FSC Denmark to become the first Danish brand with complete traceability. FSC is a global non-profit organization that works to promote responsible forestry in terms of ecosystems, workers, and communities. Masai also works closely with their partners and suppliers with full overview and responsibility for production and supply chain. Masai also collaborates with the Danish Red Cross with annual clothing donations and return systems on already purchased Masai clothing. The brand also engages in zero waste - where all leftover materials from their collections are reused. The profits made zero waste collections are later donated to the Red Cross.
