The curvature of the dome lid creates extra space inside your pot or pan, which is perfect for bulky ingredients like chicken that would otherwise stick out over the rim. The lid design helps circulate the heat evenly around the ingredients, while the steam and condensate collect on the inside and drip back to preserve food savour and succulence. The steel part of the lid is made of 90 per cent recycled post-consumer steel. All pots, pans and lids from Eva Trio are made in standard sizes, making them stackable and combinable across all designs and materials. This kitchen-friendly solution gives you the freedom to pick just the lid you require, while reducing the number of lids needed. Eva Trio lids are sold individually and are both oven-safe and dishwasher-safe.
