Whitford Xylan Coating is a patented non-stick coating that outperforms everything we have previously tried. The lumpy surface means that the raw material does not stick to the pan and provides an excellent frying surface. The frying pan combines the superb properties of a cast iron pan with the benefits of non-stick coating.
