If you received the wrong item, we kindly ask you to return it to us. Please follow the steps below:
1. Please send an email to customerservice_eu@boozt.com or use the contact form below. Include a picture of the price tag attached to the item, so our customer service can report the error to our warehouse.
2. We will get back to you with more information and help you with a new order.
3. Remember to register your return online on your My Boozt account. Enter the reason for return "I received the wrong item/size" and return the item as usual.
