The pots and pans in this set thus feature a triple-layer construction in which the inner and outer sides are made of stainless steel with a solid aluminium core. The stainless steel provides an extremely wear-resistant exterior, while the core of aluminium ensures effective heat distribution across the base and right up the sides.
Can be used on all heat sources – including induction.
